Mike Decker is a computer education teacher at Woodland Hills High School. As basketball coach, he is part sociology teacher also.
Decker is in his second season as Woodland Hills’ coach and has orchestrated one of the more impressive turnarounds in WPIAL basketball. If you listen to Decker, one of the biggest reasons for the Wolverines’ success is a change in culture.

Two incredible golden streaks continued Saturday at Chartiers Valley High School as Canon-McMillan and Burrell continued their district mat mastery. The top-seed Big Macs dominated in their three wins to become the fourth team ever to win three straight WPIAL Team Wrestling Championships. However that impressive mark pales to what Burrell is doing in Class AA. The Bucs upset top-seed Jefferson-Morgan to win a record SIXTH consecutive district crown. ...
