| MSA Sports Network Student Athlete Spotlight |
|
Tom Holoman will be a senior at West Mifflin Area High School this year. He will be a four year member and a two year starter and letterman for the titans as their kicker. Tom was ranked 23rd in the WPIAL last year and helped the titans to the wpial semi-finals. He was ranked 2nd in the big seven conference in 2005. Tom has a gpa of 3.65 for his three years at west mifflin and is ranked in the top ten percent of his class. Last year for the titans he had a streak of 21 consecutive extra points. Tom is also a letterman for the Titan track team. He is a member of the 4x100 meter relay team that placed in tri state coaches meet,the big seven confernce championships,the wpial team semi finals,the jaquar invitational and the wpial qualifiers. He also competes in the 100 and 200 meter dashes.
Tom is a member of the National Honor Society and was selected as an all american scholar by the National Achievement Academy. He is an active member of the Lebanon Presbyterian Youth Group. Tom is also a member of the West Mifflin Soccer Club.
After graduation, Tom hopes to become a college kicker and major in education.

| How to Get Your Student in the Spotlight |
|
Balancing sports, schoolwork, and other activities is one of your
child's greatest challenges. We at MSA Sports would like to
spotlight some of these students who do just that - and do it WELL!
Parents, teachers, family members and friends, we need your help
identifying students to feature in the Student Athlete Spotlight.
Send a photograph of the student, along with some biographical
information. Student bio should be brief (2 or 3 paragraphs) and
include sport played and position, academic and other honors, GPA,
extracurricular activities, and any other information that helps to
showcase the achievements and character of this student athlete.
Once your child is selected we will send you a permission form to
allow us to post the student's picture and profile. Please
use this form to submit a student
for consideration.
